Collection Planning
Our design team is here to work with you on collection planning and design. This includes trend analysis, color planning, mood boarding and ideation, rendering and visualization. We also have pattern-making capabilities to make design variations from your pattern blocks.
Fabric Sourcing & Procurement
We work with the top Turkish fabric mills to offer a wide range of fabric options including premium woven cottons, wools, blends and synthetics, performance and specialty fabrics, and even luxury knits and piques. We can coordinate custom fabric sourcing, conformance testing, and digital printing, tailored to each project's design and budget needs.
Pattern Grading & Adjustments
Whether it’s a small task like extending your existing grading with additional sizes, or more complicated needs like creating full grading from a base size or adjusting a block for a new designer, our in-house pattern maker is here to assist. We use the Optitex PDS digital pattern platform, but we can import and export other common formats such as Gerber and Lectra as well.
Custom Brand Packaging
Packaging is a critical part of your brand messaging. We source a range of high-quality packaging materials for our clients, including: hang tags, collar stays, accessory envelopes, insert carts, printed poly bags, boxes, ribbons and printed tapes.. Recycled and other eco-friendly options are available.
Garment Finishing
We offer a range of garment finishing services such as garment dyeing, garment washing and denim wash effects to differentiate your product and provide a better customer experience. We can even calibrate shrinkage and compensate to tolerances.
Shipping & Logistics
Versatile shipping options, including DHL Worldwide Express, air cargo, and sea freight, with services ranging from fast 1-3 day delivery to economical 30-45 day options. We handle export documentation and provide door-to-door delivery solutions. We can also arrange drop-shipping to end-customers.
Garment Sampling
We have a dedicated team for development sampling, and we deliver most samples within 2 weeks. We can sample based on a provided pattern and tech pack, or a description of design adjustments to an existing production block. We provide pre-production and TOP samples upon request as part of our standard manufacturing workflow.
Product Photography
Our design studio is equipped with a high-resolution camera and high-CRI (color accurate) lighting for product photography. We can provide flat or folded images of your products for use in marketing or online merchandising.
